Assistant Brewer Wanted!

We’re looking to expand our production team at Only With Love.
We have an upcoming slot for a full time assistant brewer, based here near Lewes in East Sussex. You’ll get to muck in on all aspects of the brewery, from wort production to packaging and whatever else gets thrown our way.

Here's the deets...
Reporting to the brewery manager, your main duties will include:
- Keg/cask cleaning
- Packaging of finished beer
- Wort production
- Keeping the work space clean and organised
- Back up dray/delivery driving
- Reporting to the Brewery Manager
Requirements:
- Full drivers licence and access to a car (our HQ is off the beaten track!)
- Experience of brewery / brewing (not essential, but preferred)
- General certificate in brewing (not essential, but preferred)
Approach:
- Self sufficient and autonomous / problem solving
- Brilliant attention to detail and general cleanliness of working environment
- Effective communicator and collaborator
- Ability to work both within a team and solo as needed
- Works harmoniously within our production team
- Uses tools effectively to deliver on the role
Founded in Lewes in 2020 (in lockdown #1 & #2), Only With Love is a different craft beer outfit. We’re the wellbeing brewery, perfectly in step with today’s mindful drinker. We serve togetherness on tap via our range of award-winning beers, sodas and kombuchas, and our brand new Brewcafe at the Malling Community Centre in Lewes.
Working Days: Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed.
Salary: £22-£24,000, depending on experience
28 days annual holiday
